Abstract
Patients with cervical raduculopathy often suffer intense pain and disabilities which,
however, can usually be successfully treated with conservative measures. This case
study illustrates the relevance of upper limb neurodynamic tests for diagnosis and
presents a treatment strategy for chronic cervical radiculopathy. In addition, the
benefit of the cervical lateral glide technique and the importance of the working
posture as contributing factor are emphasised. After therapy the patient in this case
study was able to discontinue pain medication and evaluated his status as ”highly
improved” in the global preceived effect questionnaire.
